A PIC language actually based on Visual Basic

Looks alot like Swordfish but there could be a NEW Basic IDE coming out based on Visual Basic!!

The "Raptor IDE" I was talking about actually got renamed just before it was release to "Firewing", this can be found at the following link.

I've done a lot with the Firewing programming language and fully recommend it if you are used to VB.net etc.
