The Microchip website says, "Ideal for Graphical interface applications that can benefit from the integrated Graphics, 96K byte RAM for frame buffer, mTouch, USB and other peripherals."
They are about $8 dollars per chip which may be a bit pricey and the chip may be cheating in terms of creating video for you instead of trying to do it all yourself.
