Is this a 22nf or 220pf?

It looks like n22, not 022, and especially because it's so tiny, I expect it's 22pF. Do you have a DMM with a capacitance-test function?

It is 220pf and 0.22nf

I can see you have the answer now but it looks like they are using the convention which seems to be used increasingly with resistors. Instead of writing 1.2k for instance it would be written as 1k2. So because you have an 'n' followed by the digits '22' you would place the decimal point in place of the 'n' and then that would give your value in nanofarads.
I'm not such a fan of this technique - but I guess it still works!
