I have bought bulk quantities from this ebay store before. The transistors are of particular interest.

you can get 1000 npn transistors for around $30 including postage (that's around 3c per transistor!)

It seems that everything is already pre-made. I.E. you can't buy individual components.

It also looks like they are all designed for aquariums. Just imagine what your fish would do if you flashed loads of high brightness multi-colour LED's into their tank 24/7.

They have circuit boards.
