A few guys at Digital DIY are putting together an excellent DMX lighting module for the Swordfish compiler.. It allows control of up to 512 channels (with any DMX compatible devices).

Looks like the above project makes use of RGB lighting, which would be 330 channels on a 10x11 grid. With the hardware + firmware out of the way, its just the block of flats you need!!
