CHEAP board houses?

Does anyone know about any board houses "PCB manufactures" that make boards at low cost boards in high volume. I'm making "learn how to solder kits" for my electronics teacher and I need to buy in bulk at low prices.

Its amazing that you were able to sell each game for $10 a piece. Such a low price. It cost me $34 FOR ONE BOARD where I get mine from.

If you are looking to buy in the hundreds, then I certainly recommend

they have an instant online quote page so it's quick and easy to see exactly how much they will cost.

You need to buy in bulk because they have a one off tooling charge for each order (which is around $40 - $50)

But I think for that Christmas display in the video, all up including the tooling charge it would have been around $1 per board (I bought 150 of them)

I also had my 8x8 game system made there and they cost me about $4 per board (I think the board size was 10cm x 7cm)

There are so many now. I've been using DirtyPCBs, and getting excellent prices, no quality problems, and relatively fast service. I've been using them for hobby boards and for prototypes of the simpler ones of our products at work. (When we're ready for production, we go to more-professional board houses that are set up to make larger quantities and better quality of multilayer boards.)

I now use JLCPCB.com for my prototypes and then PCBWAY.com for when I need bulk batches made and assembled
